Finally PAC has closed the doors

Even though I haven't participated in the last 6 programs offered by PAC, well I feel a sense of release. I do hope many of it's members learn from their experiences there. The promise of refunds is a cruel blow to many and has been lingering for many many months. This even goes to affirm that even with a registered offshore company that does not in itself guarentee anything. Enough said about PAC, personally this one has deep cuts, but now without salt being rubbed into the wounds. I will post the final email here for history and closure.

Hi Everyone,

We hope you had a truly lovely Christmas with your families.

Regretfully Christmas was not good for business with our Programs. Almost all the members who joined with us again were  like-minded in their strategy, get in and get out. so they were no redeposits and because the bulk of the big deposits were on day one, the programs went into a Cashflow problem immediately. The games were a complete non-starter.

We honestly thought there was enough goodwill amongst you to make this work but obviously we were wrong. So we will wind down the Programs. Everyone will be refunded their principals. However because most of the big deposits have been paid 138% - we can only pay about 70% to the rest of you.We will do this on Monday.

To those of you who still trusted us amid all the negativity please accept our humble apologies, we failed again.

This was our last attempt at setting things right and we now have to put matters at rest.  There will be no more programs from us and no more  talk of refunds. We'll stress now as we have done before that, we ran the programs in a fair, honest ethical way. The PPs , if they would, would testify to that . Almost as many of you made money with our Programs as those who lost. We have given our all to the Programs and regret that it has come to this but we truly hope we left some of our members if not all with something. Me2E will come through in the following months. WNP and  TVIE are both great, working programs. Put in some effort and you will reap the rewards.

 We know there are many of you who are realistic about how all this works and you are more welcome to keep in touch with us.

May 2010 be YOUR year, each and everyone of you. May you all succeed in realising all your goals, Financial and otherwise.

A few hours ago I watched my virtual fortune get wiped clean from the slate in PacRevShares. Sorta knew it was coming as there really couldn't have been anything left, and with the open Peter to pay Paul mentality, well that never works really. The keeping of balances with a restart, totally impossible as the restart would never get off the ground starting out so much in debt. For me it is adieu. The Premium Ad$ Club has been a great learning experience, some fond memories, some not so fond.  For those who continue, I wish you all well. Just remember to gamble responsibly. 

PAC is BACK!! - New Summer Plan

There are many PAC'ers out there that are skeptical, but I am of the opinion to get involved and start earning with the Summer Plan. - this way you will also be helping yourselves. Of course usual rules apply, but where I like to wade or swim in the moneymaking pond depends on hedging my bets. PAC is a safer environment than many of the shark infested waters out there.

I read the forums and here and there, so I am aware that many members are hell-bent on getting their "refund". Honestly, where do you think the money for those are coming from? Logically thinking people would realize the PAC admins have to earn it from somewhere, plus with momentum in PAC (some will immediately think, yeah using one members money to pay another) yes it does and will happen. Always will, think of your own finances. Ya have to keep some money in your account for those expenses you know you are going to have day to day. The bulk as it builds will be sent to work. Simple business. Also, refunds in any shape or form are outside the boundaries of the Terms of Service. PAC admins have gone out on a limb to do this. I commend them for that, as it is a quality you will rarely find in this industry. I know I am rambling here, but it is so frustrating to see members posting in PAC threads asking when refunds will start as they want to get started in PAC again. I have followed many to other threads where they are posting payments, so they do have some bickies to be a part of PAC and to help the wheel start turning and along the way enjoy the benefits it will bring. Enough of my mind. lol

Now all that outa the way, or off my chest so to speak. What R U waiting for?
PAC v.3.1 now has summer plans!! 10% for 12 days - sounds pretty darn good to me. Payment after maturity. Awesome. Hope to see ya there!!

Finally the much awaited return of PAC. Accepting PM, LR and STP. PAC is open for business.

Bearing in mind we are heading into what is predominately and historically,"scammer season" in this industry, we have a program that has some credibility. Regardless of what some big team leaders are saying, PAC is one of the best opportunities out there currently in the surfing world. The administration I am sure have learned from previous mistakes. Hopefully taking all this on-board and now will move forward at a steady pace. Also you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work out the program can only survive with member participation.

Dear Members,

Just letting you all know that many members who have posted on threads have elected that they want PAC to be on hold. So PAC is on hold for 6 weeks. There is no need to surf and don't compound your balances.There is no harm if you do surf,just insn't mandatory.

Please give us just a few days to decide on a recourse and tell you exactly how PAC will run when we resume. For those applying for refunds please use this email: pac.refund@googlemail.com

Do please also remember, that even though we have AP and LR funds, there are in no way sufficient to give you a full refund.

Please do not expect us to reply to your emails, till we have decided on a plan, it will take a few days.

PAC Update - Decision is pending...

I need to update... at time of my last post it was unclear... well it still is.. but PAC hasn't gone. Kazzy and EL haven't run away, they never will. They deserve our respect and patience in regards to a lifeline thrown to them.. Please give them time to think.. the forums have been absolutely going ballistic today. I was going to post in the lines to stop and think before you accuse or start demanding.

This is a tough time for all PAC members, from the Admins down to even the last member who joined. I am appalled by the posts of some of the members, I have only looked at one thread as I have been busy reading "hate mail" and talking with friends. Please stop sending accusations and demands, also referral links to programs. I certainly hope that Kazzy & EL are not receiving this type of emails.

My stand on PAC.. I think, if you are reading this, that you already know I will support PAC wherever it goes. Many on the forums had all the answers saying they weren't told things.. we were all kept informed. Just a thought: isn't it amazing how many members came out of the woodwork to complain, but never stepped forward when gifted with bonus days?

All I ask is that Kazzy & EL be given the time to make some decisions.. they also need sleep. Please just give them a chance, this is afterall they have done for us, really not much to ask. Jumping up and down demanding refunds is crazy.. we are all adults here. Please, behave that way.

TRULY A SAD DAY

Hours ago the news of PAC's closure came out. It is indeed a sad day for all PAC members and many others. PAC gave so many some hope. At least we can be thankful to have that opportunity. I am deeply upset due to the honesty and commitment of both Admins, Karen and Aisha is second to none. Real people with real feelings and more than that, real business opportunity. They came with a business plan and it was all totally feasible, but the short sightedness of others treated PAC as just another autosurf. No matter what the ladies did for the betterment of the program being security, prompt payments and second to none support... well what else could they give... they gave it all. We all have to live with change, and it seems between offering the best and the hit and run mentallity... we lost our chance as members to be a part of something really big. This is not the first time the lack of member support has brought down an honest program, and it won't be the last.. I am sure.

In my experience Karen and Aisha have done an exceptional job with PAC. It is not of their doing why PAC has closed. I am truly sadden by the closure.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the PAC family members who made the thread a great place to visit... I wish you all well (I know this won't be read, but I need to at least expression my thoughts) I am also so sorry for those whom I asked to return to the industry for this great opportunity.. seems I am just the one who believes in the phrase "we can make a difference". But at least I tried.. that's all I can do. Please accept my apologies. I too had many hopes riding on PAC.

I am sure hoping you are enjoying PAC as much as I am. Finally, the cover is off the greatest opportunity we have seen for a long long time. The calibre of mature members is phenomenal ( I had to look that one up ) The script does take a little getting used to, as it is nothing like the surfs of yesteryear. But the whole concept from the incredibly talented dual admins is nothing like any surf. well not the usual ones :) These ladies are providing members with a program and long term business plan, a legit advertising company, registered off-shore, so what you are seeing at the moment will only get even better. DECEMBER.. WHAT A GREAT MONTH!!

As the year starts winding down for holiday season, many programs also fail due to members withdrawing funds for the festive season, why not.. that's what most people work for all year. But if the program dosen't have any depth of reserve funds, of course they will fail in the lead up to Christmas.

This year is not all doom and gloom.. There are two programs set to ride out the holiday season. The oldest of these programs being AggeroInvestments, but now private as of 27th November. This was timed, in my opinion of course, to cater for the Christmas period, to consolidate membership. I am confident that AggeroInvestments will survive this time of year and rise to heights in 2009. Reserve funds and outside working investments come to play in these trying times. Congratz also should go to the Admin who has singlehandedly continues to run a great opportunity.

The second site I mentioned is PAC Premium Ads Club. The duel lady admins here have not just slapped up a site and are going in on their reputations... they have diligently put together this program, complete with a long term business plan, outside investments, a trader and reserve fund to meet ongoing costs. With member support this program has the capability of reaching great heights. Possibly be the upward trend in the surf advertising world. I don't usually go out on a limb about a program. But these are real people running this program, long time members from within the realms of this industry. They have worked hard to bring us what we really want, of couse it is not the totally finished product. Nothing in this world ever stays the same. Take your time and look at what PAC has to offer.. no hurry, they aren't going anywhere. I am sure when you are ready... most roads will lead to PAC.
